HOA Assessments are calculated to cover the following shared costs of operating the HOA:

1. Liability insurance and fiduciary bond
2. Lawn care (mowing, fertilizing, etc.)
3. Irrigation (sprinkler turn on/blow-out)
4. Irrigation water
5. Garbage collection
6. Snow removal (4 inches of snow in a single precipation event)
7. Capital fund reserve

HOA assessments effective July 1, 2021 are $207/month per lot with the exception of the following atypical lots:

• Lot 55A/B = $207 plus an extra garbage fee of $22 = $229/month divided between homeowners
• Lot 68 = $393 (1.9 x size of average lot)
• Lot 64 = $331 (1.6 x size of average lot)
